Falling Behind Girls

Why do you think that guys are the ones that are falling behind in school and the girls are the ones that are stepping up?
The reason why the guys are the ones that are falling behind is because their are too many distractions in the world, they do not have a relevant learning in school, and nothing that excites people or motivates the people in going to school, and lastly many things that they teach in school are repetitive. These are some examples of the gender norms for both genders. Boys were taught that they had to be rough and masculine. Some of the activities that they were taught was, playing with trucks and legos, and the main colors for the guy was always blue and green. For the girls, they were taught taught that they were supposed to be girly and that they are vulnerable. Some of the activities that they were taught was that they had to, drawing, playing with dolls, and singing. Some of the colors that they were taught that was mainly for the gender was, red, pink, and purple.

One of the main causes can be because of the bad influences that people put into each other that drive them to do stuff that will not benefit them. People would rather ditch school or class and follow other people and do stuff that will catch their attention because school does not seem interesting enough for someone to want to come every day and actually be able to learn something. Another example of why people fall behind in school is because of discipline. Many people were disciplined to different levels and they feel so that going to school is a punishment and feel forced, in addition to ultimately when they get older they drop out because they felt that like school was a mandatory thing to complete in order to move on to the next stage in their
