Compensating leadership with stock options based on organizational performance has both pros and cons. There are many companies that offer their employees company stocks, all under different terms and conditions. Companies that offer leaders stock, based on the company store performance can have success behind the integrity of how the company succeeds, or it can add a stressful environment to the leaders work environment. Leaders are the pilar of the company, the companies success can be measured by the type of leadership team they have. The company/organization needs to ensure they select a later that will carry out the vision of the company. The leaders in business serve a wide variety of critical capacities in their companies/organizations.
