Children are our future. They are the ones who will lead us into victory or defeat. The role of a parent is to ensure that their child succeeds in everything they do. Some parents fail to do such things. Every single day, a parent is making sure that their child(ren) do not succeed. They want to be looked at as the only potential leader. Parents are abusing their children. They are literally beating the thought that they are superior into their heads. What is child abuse? Child abuse is an act that results in a child’s serious harm or risk of harm, including physical or emotional health, exploitation or death.
Sponsors want to expand the definitions of “abused child” or “abused or neglected child” to include prenatal exposure of child to controlled substances. The act states: "Abused child" means a child under the age of 18 years whose parent, guardian, or other person having his custody and control: g.
