In the analysis, the essential problem of the bullying behavior cycle in today’s society is the leaders of irresponsible power. The companies number one employment policy is to respect one another dignity and pride, yet many bosses are the first and main ones to neglect it in supervising the employees. They are also the primary influences of the bullying behavior who favor workers they can identify themselves with. Who would not want to be favored by their boss and have a sense of job security? Where are the Chief Executive Officers (CEO’s) in all this mess? However, since employees are awarded for the bullying behavior, they feel a sense of righteousness and their children model the mentality. No wonder the school’s bullies are furious when they are punished for their behavior. Conversely, the families of the bullying behavior are a proportion of American citizens. Many parents rear their children in treating others in the way they want to be treated with kindness, caring, and respectful behaviors. Consequently, like their parents, these children are passive toward the negative behavior, which are the bullies main victim prospect. It is a negative reinforcement, which adds to the problem. The bullies become isolated and not engaged in feeling they are unworthy of not understanding the background of their behavior. It causes their work performance to decline. As a result, some become vengeance toward their victims, thinking it is their fault for being punished and with some, they will harass their victims in unseen places, such as walking home from school. In reality, both aggressive and passive students are victims of the bullying
