Strengths: Individualizations, Strategic, Relator, Includer, Arranger
After learning about my strengths, I realized how much I actually use my strengths in everyday life. My strengths include individualization, strategic, relator, includer and arranger.
Strategic is one strength that I probably commonly use when I'm at home. Growing up I would constantly be looking for any loopholes and ways to get out of doing something. Being strategic comes to its advantages but it also has its down sides. However, when put into some situations such as playing games, escape rooms, etc. I would have to try to help my team or partner and I find the best way to do something. From when its hanging out with friends to when it’s the new kid at school, church, and even new member of a sport team. Growing up I realized that it shouldn’t matter the age or how different the person is everyone should be included. This will help me when I'm in different clubs and organizations and teams. Such as being in science club or even doing study groups you want everyone to feel included and important.
Arranger is a very helpful skill it helps me know where everything is and keeps me organized. Arranging things to the way that I think or want them to be helps me know where everything is when I need something. This comes helpful in study groups and science club because of how you have to stay organized. Even having things, a certain way might help me to my advantage in studying.
Relator is another big part of life I can relate to people on many levels. Which comes in handy when one of my friends or a person just seems off and not their usual self. I would ask what's wrong and find a way to relate and help out any way I can. I do my best to relate to people in clubs such as science club and try to relate or understand what the person is kind of saying.
