Lazar’s story. It was found that Lazar would have been hired at Area 51 with no qualifications. Lazar claimed he started work the day after his final interview and that he received a security clearance of more than thirty-eight levels, when clearance usually took twelve to eighteen months. He also claimed that on his first day of work he was given a 100 page document on Area 51 alien research. (Cameron,1). There could be no way any man could receive this type of clearance within a day, at one of the most top-secret facilities known to man. One can also infer that an employee at a top-secret facility would most likely not get a report on the secret activities on site their first day of work. The only way this could remotely happen is if the …show more content…
Later in October the National Security Archive released a series of documents focused directly on Area 51. These documents include projects names, programs, the names of those involved and a few incidents during the project experiments. As of today there are at least 60 documents divulging some of the secrets held at Area 51. In document six there is a discussion between E.H Knoche, Deputy Director of the CIA and General David C. Jones, Chief of staff U.S Air Force. The two discuss the CIA’s involvement at Area 51 and weather they are needed any longer. They both come to the conclusion that the Air Force should have the responsibility over the area and continue with research. Document 6 also discusses the Have Glib foreign radar system threat, which is the largest defense department project at Area 51. Document seven states that Knoche, and Jones decide that the manuel detachment 3 of Air Force security police would be responsible for Area 51 security. Document ten is Ufimtsev’s 1962 experiments information translated by Air Force Tech Division which provides both theoretical and mathematical basics for the F-117 aircraft project. Document eleven was written by the head of the Lockheed company, and includes mathematical figurations on the U-2, and OXCART. Both of these documents serve to provide the process behind development of the first spy crafts created at Area 51. Documents ten through fourteen cover the stealth fundamentals at the base. Document twelve is a report of research performed by Teledyne Ryan under Air Force contract on low radar cross section aerial vehicles and results. Thirteen discusses the importance of Teledyne’s research on the radar cross section of aircraft of the design of different regions of the vehicle including the nose, and tail. Document fourteen is a briefing book of five tabs about the value of evolving the
The Section 504 Rehabilitation Act of 1973 was designed to meet the needs of students with disabilities and who do not fall under or qualify for special education services. For example, a student that is perfectly capable of meeting all curricular requirements on assessments and assignments but cannot hear very well will fall under the 504 act. They will not necessarily meet the special education qualifications of the IDEA. Therefore, they will not be classified as special education students and will not receive the same services as special education students, even though they need modifications and accommodations to ensure their overall success. A major curricular impact of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 is that all educators are legally required to provide students that meet the requirements to be qualified or classified as a 504 student with the same course of study as general educations students without making changes to their course work. Educators do this by way of allowing additional time on assignments and assessments. They also do this by changing the environment or method of lesson delivery to said students if and when necessary to ensure
The short sentence describes how the CIA keeps terrorist threats a secret from the public. It is alarming as an American to not be in the loop of what occurs in your country. The passage reveals the author’s style of maintaining the CIA’s secrecy by refraining from mentioning certain people’s identities and by subtly mentioning classified intelligence. The author’s purpose in that chapter is to describe the pressure agents feel from both the president and the public to keep America safe. One of their ways of keeping their country safe is by keeping certain information from them.
- If all of the options were explored, and patient is given antibiotics and is treated without any pain or suffering than the treatment identifies with the ethnical principles of autonomy, non-maleficence, and veracity. In turn, Mrs. Dawson will be happy with the outcome of the procedure.
THEA 101: Karson has reached the highest number of absences that would not be penalized. She said that she most probably has missed 5 class-sessions. I explained Karson that attendance is the most important part of her final grade. Her instructor is going to penalize every absence after the 3rd missing class. I explained to Karson that more than 8 absences would result in an F grade for the class. During this weekend, Karson needs to prepare for her Quiz # 3; it is going to be given on Monday, April 9th.
In May of 2013 Edward Snowden who was then working at a National Security Agency office in Oahu, Hawaii began copying top secret documents that belonged to the American government as he believed the documentation contained unethical and immoral content that he believed the American people and the world in general needed to know about. (Snowden, 2014) The documentation that he collated contained information regarding projects such as Prism, which is a top secret NSA surveillance program that has the ability to access the data servers of some of America's large...
With the launch of Sputnik in 1957 the U.S. became aware of the growing threat to National Security and Intelligence. In February 1958, by order of President Dwight D. Eisenhower, Advanced Research Project Agency (ARPA), a division of the Department of Defense (DoD) was established. Then on February 7, 1958 DoD Directive 5105.15 was signed (Darpa web site, 2014). Its primary purpose was to maintain U.S technological superiority over potential adversaries and to develop new technology for the United States military (Mallia, 2013). With ARPAs increased responsibilities and fast pace environment the agency need a better way to stay connected and share “packets” of information. The agency started to experiment with inter-office connections. In late 1969 those efforts paid off and the first “Advanced Research Projects ...
Area 51 has many names, the official name is Air Force Flight Test Center or AFFTC for short. The government has tried their best to hide this place. No one is really sure what they could be doing there. The public is not sure what types of things Area 51 is testing. The mystery of Area 51 can be summed up in two theories: aliens and secret experimental aircraft testing.

The creation of Area 51 began in April of 1955, when a Lockheed test pilot, Tony LeVier, searched for a remote site to test the U-2. Grooms Lake is chosen as the location for the runway. By August of 1955, the U-2 makes its first flight from Grooms Lake. That was only the beginning for test flights from Area 51. In April 1962, the first A-12 Blackbird was tested at Groom Lake. February 1982, the F-117A Stealth fighter takes off for the first time. All other test flights have not been released to the public, but that doesn't mean they don't occur. However, they are, in no way, shape or form, alien test flights. Nearly all of the evidence that supports the alien spacecraft theory, is without backing, or solid information. Also, the US government played on the UFO theories to hide their own testing plans. Today, Area 51 is the home to the latest top secret aircraft: the Aurora, among others Many of these aircraft, past and present, are able to perform incredible feats in the sky. Some so unbelievable, that they could be mistaken for alien spacecraft by fanatics of extra-terrestrials. However, based on the falsified eye-witness accounts of Area 51, and declassification of military spy planes like the U-2 and F-117A Stealth fighter, I am here to tell you that these flights are not alien crafts, but actually secret military aircraft.

... In a briefing held Sept. 15, 2001, George Tenet presented the Worldwide Attack Matrix, a "top-secret" document describing covert CIA anti-terror operations in 80 countries in Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The actions, underway or being recommended, would range from "routine propaganda to lethal covert action in preparation for military attacks". The plans, if carried out, "would give the CIA the broadest and most lethal authority in its history".
In 1971 the New York Times and Washington Post had to make a decision to print illegally leaked, classified documents about the American involvement in the Vietnam War. The debate had begun by a man by the name of Daniel Ellsberg who had managed to copy over 7000 pages of highly classified documents. The documents contained and revealed the secret history of the government's true involvement in the Vietnam War. Furthermore, these extremely confidential documents exposed that the government had hidden knowledge that the Vietnam war had cost more lives than what the public was led to believe. All of the classified information would later come to be known as the "Pentagon Papers."
It was a badly kept secret. It allowed the many imaginations of conspiracy theorists to wander on. Tons of UFO hunters also want to check out Area 51. Major Bolden said, “There is an Area 51,” he said. “It’s not what many people think. I’ve been to a place called that but it’s a normal research and development place. I never saw any aliens or alien spacecraft or anything when I was there.” (Knapton.) The craziest theories about aliens at Area 51 said that not only were the aliens here on Earth but that they are running the whole thing. Apparently, the U.S. government has “agreed” to let the aliens to abduct people at their will and test on these citizens.
