Amazon is a very successful business, it requires hard working people who are willing to work long hours standing. I myself am an Amazon customer, as we know, sometimes when we order something, were expecting that package to arrive within the time frame that amazon had promised. According to this article, “Tens of millions of Americans know amazon as a customer oriented company, but life in its corporate office is largely a mystery” (Kantor & Streitfield, 2015). In order for an amazon business to continue to grow like any other businesses, a certain approaches are expect from the employees to meet the expectation of their employer.
