Ethics in leadership is dependent on the leader and their moral and value systems to determine right from wrong. Gini & Green (2014) describes, “Character: as applied to human beings, character, refers to the enduring marks or etched-in factors that have been impressed on a person’s mind, their psyche includes inborn talents and learned traits acquired through education and experience. Character defines and motivate behavior. Dees (2013) has made several references to “on-going” character as an ongoing process which develops to excellence over time.
