Have you ever wondered about young adults in today’s society? Some will say that being a young adult in today’s society is difficult. Others will say the opposite, being a young adult in today’s society is easy. There are many reasons why it is difficult being a young adult in today’s society. Four of the difficulties that come with being a young adult in today’s society are moving towards stability, being a student in the adult world, developing financial responsibility, and being a key role model to certain individuals. The first difficulty that you encounter when becoming a young adult in today’s society is moving towards stability. One reason is accepting the challenges that you come across when reaching young adulthood. For example; you may not always get your way but reaching adulthood teaches you how to deal with the situation, even if you do not agree. Another reason is moving into an affordable place, meaning that you chose the best price that fits your necessary living conditions, needs, and budget. The last reason is making short-term and long-term goals for your future. For example; you always need to have a plan A and plan B to make sure you are prepared for whatever situations you …show more content…

One reason is learning to become more self-sufficient. For example; it is good to be independent to show others that you do not need to rely on others to get something done. Another reason is taking responsibility for your actions. For example; if something that you do goes wrong, take responsibility for your actions, accept the consequences, and attempt to fix the problem. The last reason is dressing like you respect yourself. For example; you should have confidence in what you wear and do not let anybody judge you for who you are not. Dress comfortably and be different/unique because that is what makes someone
