It also shows how important it is to have a dream. Some people might say that having a dream is worthless to live in the reality because even though people have a dream, most people cannot make those dreams come true. Consequently, people compromise with the reality, and they choose profitable jobs regardless of what they really want to do in the future. Since I grew up in a very unhappy family, I have always thought that I would not live like my father, and I learned the good human relationship is really significant part of a human’s life. My father was conservative, violent, and stubborn. Accordingly, I often watched my father fight with my mother since I was a little kid. Whenever I saw the tears of my mother, I swore I would never hurt my people physically and verbally unlike my father’s behavior. Therefore, having a good human relationship is the most important ideology in my life. I believe good relationship is the first step to become successful in life. There are so many different shapes of relationship, such as parents, children, husband, wife, friend, co-workers, students, and teachers. I believe true friendship springs from belief, honesty, and respect. If I try to respect any friends regardless of who they are, they will also show respect to me. If I ignore someone, this act will surely cause making an enemy. Thus, even if I will be successful in my life, I will never look down, and I will be humble to all my friends. Intimacy and love are important factors to interpersonal relationship but as a foundation to not governing and controlling society. Consider a situation of three-person group, or also known as a triad, intimacy and love is not successful majority of time (Freidkin 05/20/10). Take for example, a family of three, a father, mother, son or daughter, has unconditionally love for each other. However, as the teenager grows up, he or she may not always agree with the parents' decisions about their life; and/or vice versa, in which the parents may not like the teenager's lifestyle. People who cannot see the difference between a good, noble dream and an immoral dream that leads to nothing worth fighting for are in danger of living sad lives. Likewise, people who fail to strive for anything are in danger of living meaningless lives. Dreams can be both misconstrued and ignored completely. Both actions lead to inevitable misery. When looked at from an unbiased perspective, it seems that there is nearly no chance of winning in the game of life. Even though goals, dreams, and aspirations seem to be important components of success, without the worry of money and power, everything suddenly becomes simple. No one follows false grails and no one falls into misery. In the grand scheme of things, discovering the ultimate root of personal happiness and striving for it immediately solves the complications of life.
There are many types of relationships that children and young people, the basics being, parental, siblings, careers, friendships. These are the main relationships children will have, and as they start to grow up they begin to get more relationships like their friends and acquaintances and more emotional relationship, professional relationships and sexual or romantic relationships.
We all have aspirations in life that we want to achieve and although everyone’s goals in life may be different we all want to end up with the same thing, a life we are proud of. For me, a life I would be proud of consists of many factors such as having a family, a job I love, and being able to achieve all my dreams and not have any regrets. There are many valuable things in life like family, sports, school but what about friendship? To live life without friendship is something no one should ever go through. Friendship is a necessity to living a successful life. Friendship occurs when someone is a supporter, gives assistance, and is attached to someone all the while genuinely taking care of them when they are hurt (The definition of friend, 1995-2002). A good and healthy friendship can be defined fro individuals as when someone has his or her own support system, a friend being loyal, and will always have genuine and mutual trust.

The video is about a shoe company called oliberte, which prides itself as the first company to be offered a fair trade certification. The founder, Mr. Tal Dehtiar has appreciated and employed great motivation methods in the growth of his company in a challenging environment (Oliberte, 2011). Motivation’s purpose is to initiate, guide and maintain goal oriented behaviors on the person that it is applied to. It can be driven by biological, social, emotional or cognitive forces. People are motivated to behave in a certain way because it is a core creational component of the human race. The two motivational theories that can be seen in this video are Mayo’s theory of human relations and Maslow and Herzberg’s theory of human needs (Latham, 2007).

Do you recall about your aspirations in childhood? When persons were young kids they were enthusiastic about flying the jet aircraft, about being the proprietors of a business. We did not even doubt to reside in the fantastic house on the oceanfront. As young kids we did not limits of our aspirations. Young kids grew up and halted conceiving about their aspirations (bigsuccessx.com). They start to realize the reality and their aspirations become something unreal. They start recognizing that nothing comes very simple. To achieve achievement, they have to work hard. So they overlook about their dreams. Persons can’t overlook about their aspirations or there will be no cause to work for. But our world claims not much, just stay dreaming and employed toward your dream.
There are many things that make humans, human. One major component is the capacity to form and maintain relationships. These relationships are absolutely necessary for any of us to survive, learn, work, love, and procreate. Human relationships take many forms but the most intense, most pleasurable and most painful are those relationships with family, friends and loved ones.
