The nurse was more of a mother to Juliet than Lady Capulet ever was. Romeo’s parents cared for him much deeper than Juliet’s did for her. His mother was always worried or concerned about where he was and what he was doing, hoping he wouldn’t get caught up in any trouble. Shakespeare also shows paternal love to go along with the others in the text. I guess that you could say that their was a bit of love from Juliet’s parents towards her in that they only wanted what they thought was best for her as well as getting what they want at the same time.
Neither she nor her siblings really experienced the love that all their classmates apparently had in abundance at home; it seems they did not even love each other much. The only time they were united was when they were plotting against their father and stepmother. This and the love Adeline, her YeYe and Aunt had for each other was the closest Adeline had to a family. However, notwithstanding this lack of love, Adeline did not seem to be bitter or angry with much; neither did she feel self-pity. She appears a selfless, loyal, persistent and bright person.
He stood up for his dear friend, and did not want him be made a joke of. I believe this is important because it shows that he is not only loyal to his friend, but also caring and has strong moral principles. What Lise was doing was wrong, and the author put this part in to emphasize the reader’s sympathy for Cyrano. Later when Ragueneau’s wife left him, Cyrano did not hesitate to support Ragueneau by talking him out of killing himself and providing him with a proper job. Furthermore, as everyone must be aware of, Cyrano was in love with Roxane.
Losing her mother at a young age, Sissy only acquires love and care from her father. This factor results in Sissy’s loving behavior to not only her father, but also to her acquaintances. Thereby, due to the affection Sissy receives from Signor, she attains the ability to produce love for others whom she cherishes. “In this development from mother-centered to father-centered attachment, and their eventual synthesis, lies the basis for mental health and the achievement of maturity” (Fromm 37). Unfortunately, Sissy has never experienced her mother’s unconditional love, which fosters her acknowledgment of the fulfillment in her life to take care of her father whom she loves dearly.
Is it possible to love a mistake more than anything else in the world? For Hester it certainly was. Even though Hester did not mean to have this child, that did not change the way she felt about Pearl. After her public shame, Pearl was the only good thing that remained in Hester’s life and she cherished the child with all her being. No other family or friends truly loved her after she committed that appalling sin, except Pearl, who, no matter how much Hester sinned, would never cease to love her.
If you end up giving and receiving love in life people will love you even when you pass on. Love never truly goes away and your memories with other people will live on in their hearts forever. Love is real even when you can’t see it because no one can erase your loved ones memories from you. The Fourteenth Tuesday and saying goodbye is a sad farewell chapter for Morrie. Morrie looks right at Mitch and said he loves him to whom Mitch replied that he loved Morrie too and he addressed him as Coach.
Yet through all the ups and downs, and all the times I would end up disappointing her expectations of me, one thing NEVER changed and that was her belief in me… because of her unconditional love I am the person that I am today… her reassurance and patience made all the difference. Because of her active involvement in my life and Eileen’s she became known to our friends as “Mama”. Where ever we would go- she would go with us, that’s just the way it was… she got so close to our friends that they formed their own friendship with her.
I don’t want you tormenting him any more. Go on now, and get your things together!” (Miller, 2384). Despite the heartbreak of asking her children to leave, Linda is a fervently loyal to Willy and defends what is morally right. This interaction between Linda and her children is also a strong indication of how she shows her love for her husband. “He’s the dearest man in the world to me, and I won’t have anyone making him feel unwanted and low and blue” (Miller, 2350).
It stated, “She was one of those women who were born to be a mother, and she loved us unconditionally; in many ways, we were her life.” This quotation is true not just for the Sparks family, but for most or all families because there are many families who grow up without a father and their mother is the only parent who is loving and caring. Of course with advantages comes with challenges o... ... middle of paper ... ...relative by blood or marriage. It means the people who accept you no matter who you are without no animosity and judgment. The love of a family should be unconditional, and everyone should try their best to provide all they can for the people in their family, emotionally and financially. Family are the people that everyone deserves to feel secure, and comfortable with, even if they aren't lucky enough to have that.
With our clashing personalities, it will be very difficult but I know that the Lord will bless my efforts to mend this broken relationship. Through the previous project, my aunt encouraged me to find her love language and tend to those needs because that will speak greater volumes to her than anything else. I love my sister dearly and I cannot wait to see how the Lord blesses this spark inside of me to pursue her friendship and companionship. I always want her by my side in the good times and the bad but we will have a long road ahead of us and I believe it will be wonderful.
