Nursing is a challenging profession and some people decide to change their profession due to the high levels of stress and their workload. Regardless, of the many challenges these nurses faces. Working to become a nurse has its many positives and negative, in which come along being in this profession. Due to the shortage of nurses, some institutions and community colleges offer a few open programs, resulting, and a small number to enter the program. If we are able to increase the number of teachers in these programs, this will result in our society to fill the demands in this field. There are many ways to also advance to a higher level of nursing by furthering your future in a master or into a Ph.D.
