In addition to the orientation, there is home stay and diverse classrooms, which can be perfect ways to motivate the international students socially and academically. As I read in the article “International students in Canada viewed orientation, homestay and diverse classrooms, as helpful to social adjustment and English development” (Andrade, 142). International students need to work hard and use the services or the programs as much as they can to gain the language and to build the confidence.
