With tension rising due to the rapid increase of pollution within modern day China, the government desperately is trying to resolve this crisis before it is exacerbated even more. Not only has the health of Chinese civilians been compromised, but the growth of crops has been stunned, transportation limited, reduced production, international pollution, as well as possibly social disruption. Although many problems are being caused by this pollution, there are several solutions. Some of the solutions include the use of a pollution decreasing drone, greener alternatives, strictly supervising emissions, as well as controlling the pollution from it’s source. In addition, the students could partake in lessening pollution by using greener alternatives, such as biking to school. Becoming greener now can also get the students into a habit where they pollute to a smaller extent. In addition, the majority of American imports come from China, so with restricted production in China, the more expensive imports will become here in America. Therefore, if students participate in reducing Chinese pollution, they are helping Americas economy. Although the majority of Mamaroneck High School students are more than likely clueless to what is occurring in China, hopefully at one point or another they will learn of the devastating news, and do their best to prevent it from ever occurring again in the future.
