All the fruits created by God are beneficial to human, among them Papaya has large medicinal and nutritional values1. Papaya belongs to Caricaceae Family of plants, commonly available in Pakistan, mostly cultivated in India,North America,and tropical countries of south asia2.The whole papaya and its fruit, leaves, stem and seeds are full of nutritional and medicinal components like calcium, folate, iron, vitamin C, Chymopapain, papain and lot of other elements.
