The web is the most powerful marketing tool in existence for which design has to serve a function. In the growing digital society, web designing is the tool that brings life to the desktop and mobile screens. The usage of web and internet has hit the sky in the last many years, and for the last year 2013 the distinction between the two has vanished.
Owing to the present scenario of web design, the near future has been predicted by many web designers as a short and more or less fantastic story.
The following features are to be expected for web design in future:
Content and simplicity:
The most talked about term for the coming years is “content”, as in the past designers used to focus on the display and graphics and thus ignored the main

The simplification paradigm would contain content, usability, accessibility and visuals to make the site legible and user-friendly.
Agnostics:
The expected future of web design is agnostic in terms of pixels, device, resolution and technology. The term agnostic design refers to the idea that whatever design is made it fits all the devices and technologies that use it. In other words we can use this new hot term as “one size fits all”. The variation in pixels, resolution or devices won’t matter at all because the agnostic design is universal. The device takes the second place and content is brought into first place. The agnostic approach makes the user forget about device while keeping in mind the smallest screen.
Unification of mobile and desktop:
This concept has been unified in a term “Responsive Web Design (RWD)”, another hot term of the future web design, which requires only one website being coded so as to adapt to any screen size irrespective of the device. This would require solving issues of retina images, optimization for speed and performance, and would ultimately lead to the idea of mobile-first to accomplish simplicity

This goes beyond the focus of what designers are trying to achieve in the near future of content access with simplification. However, this concept of tech agnostic is going to be focused as the internet would be accessible on any electronic device irrespective of the technology.
WebGL:
WebGL, web graphics library, is an API that supports 2d and 3D graphics for many devices. This graphics library is going to replace the classical Flash library used in the past and is going to introduce the idea of “flat design” that would support 3D designs. These super productions would lead to web TV and this will be costly I terms of budget for the competing companies.
User Interfaces (UIs):
User interface is the term referring to how the computer or system represents itself to its user. There is going to be a blast innovation in UIs in the near future and these 8 UIs are expected to be:
• Gesture interfaces
• Brain-computer interfaces
• Flexible OLED display
• Augmented reality
• Voice user
There is a lot of consideration and time spent in the planning process of web design as the client is entirely in control of the final outcome of what a website is to look like.
In the world of web design there are many different programs that people use. The two most common, and most controversial, are Microsoft Frontpage (FP) and Macromedia Dreamweaver(DW). In this report we will be discussing the pros and cons of each, comparing the two in detail, and resolving the issue of which is better.
In the 1960’s a concept for HTML was created by Ted Nelson, a Harvard graduate. His work was never used until the 1980’s, when the internet was introduced because of a lack of need for it. At the time, HTML was the only option for web development, and there was not much freedom when it came to design. Sites were basic, consisting of simple tables, text and links, with little to no graphics. Then the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) was created to stop large businesses from controlling web design code. The W3C is responsible for setting the guidelines, techniques, and rules for web development. This was created so that the sites created would all work with browsers consistently and without errors.

Now is the technology era for in the world, many people live with technologies in their daily life. In general, technology meant knowledge of tools improve a pre-existing solution to a problem. There were so many habits of using technologies, like using computer to do documentation works, using social network to chat with friend in other country, until now using mobile devices to view web sites. Growth in mobile devices and smartphones had eased many people access Web pages. Normally, we use the computer or desktop to open a browser and visit to some websites. The content of websites is same when you use personal computer and desktop to visits it, caused by the size of screen is almost same. To build a more user friendly website that allow user to view the exactly same content of the Web pages regardless of the device’s screen size, a web pages with responsive web design is introduced. Responsive web design is ways to design web pages that work consistently across different screen size, platform, and user interface by using the same codebase (Pilon, 2013). The issues we always focus is the elements, pros, and cons. Hence, this report will discuss about the main components, advantages, and disadvantages of responsive web design.

First, let’s tackle about HTML. HTML means HyperText Markup Language. It is the basic webpage language for creating websites. This HTML can include writings, pictures and many more by typing a code to describe each kinds of content so the webpage can identify what you want to show referring in your codes. When creating a webpage, all must start with the code “<!DOCTYPE html>” and adding an extension “.html” so that it will distinguished as a webpage when saving it as a file.
HTML stands for Hyper Text Mark-Up and is a scripting language used to make webpages. CSS stands for Cascading Style Sheet and works alongside HTML to style the website, I will talk about CSS later on in this tutorial.
The first most commonly used programming language is Hypertext Markup Language, or commonly known as HTML. HTML is the standard mark-up language used to create web pages. According to Shanon (2007), HTML is a language created for computer to read human command to develop websites. Human can view the websites by connecting to the Internet. HTML started as an easy way to transfer data between computers over the Internet. The earlier objective of designing HTML is for scientists and researches that do not have any experience
Website owners have less time than ever to impress and entice potential customers to learn more about their site. While some insist that tech savvy users require different interfaces than casual Internet users, a frustrating design is still a frustrating design. Users of every technical ability want a system that works smoothly and seamlessly.
As state, there exist two types of website design layouts: fixed layout and fluid layout.
Having a website is a necessity nowadays, especially for people who are in business. Having a website helps promote your company’s services, for consumers to view and research your products easily, and also because internet is universal, people worldwide could purchase your products. Aside from business purposes, a website could also be built for personal use. If you’re into blogging, you can have your own site to express everything you want or feel; a website could also be used to inform people. Due to technology’s fast evolution, creating a website is now a very simple task even for those who have no background in web designing, all you need is a working computer and an internet connection and you’re ready to create your very own site!
Web design is related to design of web pages and web sites. Successful web designers should have good design skills, should have an aptitude towards drawing, and have knowledge of web-specific factors such as the image compression, screen resolution, website architecture, accessibility, usability, etc. A website might have a host of features such as interactive applications, e-commerce, search engine optimization, animations, etc. All this is the responsibility of the web designer.
HTML5 – HTML is Hypertext Mark-up Language, with the latest version is HTML5. HTML5 is natural extension of HTML. HTML5 can be used to write web applications which can be used offline before hosting it on a web server. It has been design so that it is able to...
The last step in building a web page is the conversion from plane text and graphics to HTML code. All elements that make up the web pages are then to be combined graphics, plain text, even tables. The combined elements are then converted from plane text into HTML code. The easiest way to accomplish this daunting task if you have no prior experience of HTML programming is by using a computer program that is designed for the purpose of converting text, graphics, and other objects into HTML, such as Cute HTML, Trelix Web, or Netscape Composer.
