Over two thirds of Earth's surface is covered by water; less than a third is taken up by land. As Earth's population continues to develop, people are putting stress on the planet's water resources. In our oceans, rivers, and other inland waters are being "compressed" by human activities. Poorer water quality means water pollution, it means one or more substances have built up in water to such an extent that they cause problems for animals or people, there are many causes in our world that needs to be fixed in Health care or else the human world will be in chaos, which extinction will occur to animals and diseases will spread to human beings that cannot be cured.40% of water got polluted and the death rate in the human civilization will keep increasing until extinction will occur. The effects of water pollution are varied. They include poisonous drinking water, poisonous food animals, unbalanced river and lake ecosystems that can no longer support full biological variety, increasing acid rain, and many other effects. Water pollution is the contamination of water bodies such as lakes, rivers, oceans, and groundwater caused by human activities, which can be harmful to organisms and plants.

There are many causes in water pollution in our world. The world is facing water pollution and on its surface and ground water resources from agricultural, domestic and industrial services. Agriculture is a main provider to water pollution. Drainage water, seeps from undeveloped fields, although considered as a nonpoint source of pollution, this Drainage water is collected and concentrated in undeveloped drains to become a Source of pollution for Niles and Lakes, Drainage water could become also a source of pollution of groundwater.
