Organizations today face countless potential challenges when developing a Leadership Development Plan (LDP). The Restoration Center Ministry is experiencing some challenges that include but is not limited to what a successful graduate looks like to the intended participants. This paper shares the importance of viability, which is crucial to leadership growth as well as necessary when creating mentoring programs in RCM. Furthermore, the RCM’s future is contingent upon resources to achieve its goal in the Orange Mound Community, core-strategies, and top level objectives that reflect participants' success when compared to the previous government only organizations. The board of directors will receive a draft of the training manual to ensure for approval. Proverbs 1:5 tells us, “A wise man will hear and will increase learning, and a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels.” (Proverbs 1:5, King James Version). After the board approval is obtained, the executive director will proceed with executing the plan. This process is essential for RCM’s organizational navigation within the ministry. The decision in a firm can be anything from the time to initiate a program; whether to partner with another organization or simply quit. In this Christian ministry, the author and team make faithful decisions, always striving to conform to God’s will.
