Most would think say that happiness can be attained in many different ways, depending on a person. Some people can find happiness in doing what they love, some people can find happiness in every single penny they earn, and some people can find happiness in the simplest things, like seeing dogs. Some people who have had experience with both happiness and sorrow tend to have the kind of fear where they don't wish to be happy again because that often leads to being sad as well. When they felt how great it is to feel happy, it all crashes down when something came and ruined it all. They are traumatized by the idea of happiness because they think that it would always have sorrow coming after it.
