Technology is a constantly evolving industry. Every day a company introduces a new computer, cellphone, software, watch or notebooks that promises to make the average person’s day easier. The idea for a new piece of the technology normally comes from a genuine need to improve a process, cost-cutting efforts or convenience. It has become an integral part of lives. While technology drives efficiency and effectiveness in the personal, academic and business areas of our daily routine, it is also a big vulnerability in our lives. Some of the most game-changing technology introduced includes Smart Televisions, Smart Watches, gaming systems, notepads, and different applications for the Smart phones (DeMers, 2013). Astute business leaders turn to the latest tool or software to improve their day-to-day operations, domestic and global communication and to reduce overhead costs. Ethical leaders set the tone for the type of organizational culture they want in their company. Leaders must have strong values that include being trustworthy and loyal.
