What is strength? Webster dictionary states that "the quality of state of being strong: capacity for power or endurance", or "the prospective or prospective for adequate movement; a show of quality". For example, strength is an incredible for someone to have. Athletes practice yearly to enhance their physical strength. Or maybe if you suffered from a loss, or breakup and he or she may need that mental strength to help him or her forget about things they do want to remember.
Strength is more then only a phrase. An expression really defines a person. For example, someone who is strong in what they believe in will likely accomplish goals than others who do not have the same will power. Strength could be interpreted as a part of two ways; physical, and mental. Strength means to be strong and to be able to figure out ways to keep moving on. In America alone, only about 51% of Americans exercise 3 or more times a week, and 18% exercise only 1 to 2 times a week (Shy). 30% of American sadly doesn’t do any type of extracurricular activity or exercise at all (Blackburn). For the people who don’t exercise, try to because you can really only benefit from it. The one’s that already do know the health benefits for exercising. Aside from just exercising, one activity or activities you could do is weight lifting/strength training. Most people don’t think about this but strength training is actually a big key for exercise.
I tend to agree with this assessment as it brings out my best qualities as strengths in the right way and enables me to assess myself to realize my potential.
