A product with should be the first step. Everyone likes quality, even more when it is priced competitively with other similar products. My car broke out from a local garage not too far down. I called them and, without hesitation, they said they would get my car and fix it. I called later in the day to tell me how much it would cost, and I wanted to fix (Golden Star number 1). They said they would give up the cost of collecting the car as it was not too far from the garage (Goldstar # 2). They repaired the car and made everything was too good - no additional charge (Golden Star # 3). One week after the repair, I called to ask if everything was in order, and there was more they could do for me (Goldstar 4, 5, 6 and 7!). I am very pleased with the service and bought cars garage and recommended them to friends. For me the answer to "What is the customer service? ". There is no better advertising for a supplier of goods or services of an excellent customer
