I am a very hard working individual and I like to make sure that whatever I am doing whether it’s doing a mass move in ts or, something as simple as replying in game, I will make sure it gets done. Just about anything you do, putting effort into it no matter the job is, is very important. If you have a lack of effort it means you will not get the job done correctly as you don't really care about it. I have learned through being staff for a while that punishments is not everything. How well you do and what you achieve on a staff team is all down to the amount of work and effort you put in and I feel the work I will put in will reflect what I get back from it. Not only will I work quick, I will also make sure I do it efficiently and accurately, this is to avoid doing jobs incorrectly and preventing mistakes upon the players. I do not think that because of the mistakes or wrong-doings of a staff member should have to put a player in jeopardy or risk. This leads me into my next point, maturity and professionalism. If accepted, I will take my job professionally and will try to reflect that through the work I do. I am very good at dealing with heavy situations and using my past experience, I will be prepared to take these on and I will be open to new information. It is quite evident already that not everyone is going to agree with my decisions. Whether it's due to a temper the player may have, or just a simple misunderstanding. Why should you be chosen as a staff member? I want to help the server out I believe I could stop hackers from ruining the community and I believe I could stop people from being toxic in chat and also make it a place which people could enjoy the server and enjoy playing hcf and stay on the server also I'm very good at Screensharing people so if there hacking I could find some hacks in there .minecraft even if they deleted it. I would also record every single hacker I find and put it on my youtube channel for people to see that the person was hacking, I would also record the Screenshare so if a staff wanted to see that he had some hacks in his .minecraft I could show them some proof of he/she having hacks in her folder. I also want to make the server a none toxic place so when someone joins they will stay and not leave because either a hacker has killed them or someone was being toxic to them i would look and reply to everyone's questions in chat if they need help and i will be active all the time i will respect everyone who plays on the server even if someone disrespects me i wouldn't disrespect them back i would always stay calm when dealing with these sort of situations, because two wrongs doesn't make a right i believe being a staff you have to respect everyone that plays on the server and make them enjoy there stay on the server and also doing your job

Truck driving is a much needed career to help transport goods across the United States and other local areas. Commercial Truck Driving is the career I choose to uphold. Trucking is a way of transportation needed to keep business going. Trucking has been a part of my family for years so I fell in love with trucks now I won’t to drive my own. This career has a good background, career requirements, job positions, and a good reflection.
My job isn't your everyday high school students job. I work at a nursing home in Mooresville called Meadow Lakes. I work as a certified nurses assistant also know as a (CNA) . An nurses assistant is someone who helps the residents complete there everyday tasks such as: getting dress , washing up , going to the bathroom, eating , and much more. I have many task I have to complete while I'm at work each an everyday. I won't say my job is easy because it's not , it can be very difficult sometimes. The hardest thing about my job is loosing someone you get to close to the residents they become family and loosing them is like loosing a loved one. The team exhibits a minimal ability to manage promises. Commitments are made but may or may not be delivered and either way they aren’t managed. Follow through is lacking. There is no consequence for missing a commitment – or delivering on a commitment for that matter.
One of my most amazing qualities is my hard work to make this server a better place for all to join, and for this server to have an even greater future. Many people think of being staff is just hard work but I will promise you with the qualities I have, I will assure you of the best of me 99.99% of the time.

One of my greatest strengths at work that I have recognized is that I am a very patient and decisive worker. Holding the leadership position in high school as a DLC Representative in DECA club has taught me how important it is to be patient when things are not working together. As a DLC Representative, I hear many opinions from my classmates regarding many issues that help me shape my diplomatic point of view. The purpose of this paper is to address the issue of nursing staffing ratios in the healthcare industry. This has always been a primary issue, and it continues to grow as the population rate increases throughout the years. According to Shakelle (2013), in an early study of 232,432 surgical discharges from several Pennsylvania hospitals, 4,535 patients (2%) died within 30 days of hospitalization. Shakelle (2014) also noted that during the study, there was a difference between 4:1 and 8:1 patient to nurse ratios which translates to approximately 1000 deaths for a group of that size. This issue can be significantly affected in a positive manner by increasing the nurse to patient ratio, which would result in more nurses to spread the work load of the nurses more evenly to provide better coverage and in turn result in better care of patients and a decrease in the mortality rates.
