Recommended: Essay on benefits of electric cars environmental

Did you know that the Tesla model X is a starting price of $79,500? Manufacturers of electric cars should make it easier for the consumer to buy for these three reasons: Electric cars are eco-friendly, the car gets more miles per “charge” and, they don't create noise pollution. My first reason manufactures should make electric cars easier to afford is because electric cars are eco-friendly. Normal cars create air pollution. According to the article “Electric Cars in the Modern World (2012)”, “ In many places around the world, environmental changes are visible in a blanket of dirty brown smog, air that is filled with particles and chemicals released during the burning of fossil fuels.” This means that electric cars do not make this pollution because they do not use fossil fuels to run, instead they use electricity. My second reason why manufacturers of electric cars should make it easier for the consumer to buy is because they get more miles per “charge”. In the article “Electric Transportation : The Road to the Future (2012)” it talk about how in Petaluma, California they have electric U.P.S vans. They get approximately 40 miles per charge and, can reach 45 miles per hour. Also they are quite which makes it ideal for early morning trips. Now some people may disagree with me and say that electric cars should be the price they are because if to many people have them then there could be blackouts in houses and apartments. But I disagree with this because if we keep having blackouts then we will have to improve our electricity and make it stronger.
