Experiences have taught me and I have made a decision to devote and commit myself to enhance and improve Thai legal system, starting from my small way.
Like other law students, I decided to expand my legal knowledge and got some hands-on experience by enrolling in a legal internship program at a law firm during academic year. I had assisted the senior attorneys with the petitions and the statements in one case which involved the dispute over the “time-sharing agreement” on the ground of tortious act and unfair contract terms. As common as it may seem, time-sharing agreement is not broadly practiced in Thailand. This case has caught many sectors’ attention as Thailand has not yet established any solid measures for this type of agreement.
Having involved in this case deeply and passionately, it became clear to me that the business practice varies from country to country. Thus, it is important that we learn and understand the rules and business practices of both host and home countries in order to protect local businesses whilst creating a more convenient atmosphere for foreign investors. This case also required frequent contact with various governmental authorities which I have faced with the delay in process and the shortfall in personnel with certain area of expertise. In Thailand, it is seemingly that numbers of Thai intellectuals prefer working with private sector instead of the public sector, resulting in a leaping growth of the private sector, especially in terms of economics and human resources, whilst those of the public sector is still left far behind.
I was neither disappointed nor discouraged by the difficulties that I have faced, instead, it motivated me to work for public sector hoping that I will be able to ...

To study at the USC Gould School of Law, it is guaranteed that I will be surrounded by scholar professors and classmates in a small community in one of the liveliest cities in the U.S. Surely I will be able to develop my multiplicity of legal systems knowledge through the coursework discussions and lectures while living life and learn new culture and experiences.
With my strong background and my intention, I believe that studying at USC Gould School of Law will enable my legal skills enhancement and I can further apply it to develop Thai laws and regulations to reach the international standards in the future, and will definitely manage to become a competent legal officer to serve my organization and my country effectively, starting from my small way.

I look forward to attending graduate school for school counseling. Attending the University of North Carolina will allow me the opportunity to develop the skills necessary to aid students facing a variety of difficult situations. I am ready to take the next step in my career as a school counselor.
Since I have been involved in International Baccalaureate middle years program in my sixth grade year, I have look forward to the completion of the Personal Project. Ever since I've been in IB I've learned to have a mind set of my own. Being in IB has taught me that I can accomplish anything I put my mind to. I've decided to do a project on making bracelets for all illness. The color of the bracelets represent the type of illness you have.
I have been an athlete, an entrepreneur, a traveler, and many other things in my life, but above all being a utility player has made me into a life long student with a passion to learn and connect with people from around the world. I know that the proper training in international law will provide me the tools necessary to be valuable on the global stage. I will approach law school like I have approached every new venture in my life, with dedication and commitment to learn all I can. I have a sense of clarity of what I want out of life, and it begins with law school.
My vision for the future has created a pathway for my education and career, driving my ambitions upward beyond my wildest dreams. This vision involves a double major in management and political science, developing my leadership skills further and shaping myself into the political leader I aspire to be. I also plan on attending law school to master the concepts and history of the American legal system. The path I have for myself will not be easy; however, reaching my goals is a priceless achievement, and I will not stop until I
After enrolling at McNeese State University in 2010, I dreamed of attending law school one day, but was unsure about applying. With the completion of my “Communications Law” class, my

The flexibility of the curriculum will provide the broad-based education that I need to widen the scope of my knowledge and skills.
Hospitality Management is not without its merits, but I found myself most engaged in the law courses I took along the way. Long nights of interminable reading and research gave way to animated case study discussions in class. Powering through reading assignments became easier with time, and through these classroom exchanges I discovered that my passing interest had become a passion. Despite the impending fear of taking on the biggest loans I’ll have ever seen in my life up to this point, I strongly feel that law school is the next step. That initial interest in my mother’s law books, a desire to help people, the drive to solve difficult problems, and my ambition to pursue a professional career have all culminated in this choice for me. I know how scary it is to feel overwhelmed, taken advantage of, and helpless. I do not presume to have figured out exactly which type of law I would like to practice, but I seek to gain the knowledge and skills necessary to serve others facing hard

According to Sapru R.K. (2008) p370-371 the traditional ideal of public administration which inclined to be firm and bureaucratic was based on processes instead of outcomes and on setting procedures to follow instead of focusing on results. This paradigm can be regarded as an administration under formal control of the political control, constructed on a firmly ranked model of bureaucracy, run by permanent and neutral public servants, driven only by public concern. In emerging nations the administration was true bureaucracy meaning government by officers. In this perspective Smith (1996) p235-6 perceived that“the bureaucracy controls and manages the means of production through the government. It increases chances for bureaucratic careers by the creation of public figures, demanding public managers, marketing boards.
When I first began, studying law was only an unfulfilled dream for me, something that I must complete and see through so that I can give my father the satisfaction he wanted for ages. But little did I knew then that this fascinating field would never let go of me. It grew on me, captivated me and widened my horizons. I discovered my inner sense of justice, all those childhood instances and memories when I would question right and wrong, when I would fight for a cause, or just being rebellious knowing that I’m not at fault and that justice should prevail; everything started making sense. It was like reading the chapters of my life again but with the glasses of law, and everything was suddenly sharp and clear.
My desire to study law was not rooted from childhood fantasies, pretending to be a hot shot lawyer in a courtroom as seen on “Law and Order.” I have/had never envisioned myself standing in a court room as a defender of one’s life or as a prosecutor with the power to deprive a person of his/her future. My aspiration for law stemmed from academic and personal experiences that took place while attending Temple University. The hardship I overcame during my time at Temple University aided me through my college career and led me to the exciting world of law. After completing my degree in Legal Studies, I knew law school was where I wanted to go and becoming a lawyer was who I wanted to be.
Naturally, the first aspect of the university that caught my eye was the impressive pre-law program. The University of Pennsylvania offers specialized mentoring to pre-law undergraduates, arranging for them to meet with current law school students who can share experiences and give advice on how to succeed on the roa...
To succeed, you must be willing to persevere in your efforts and you must keep a positive, hopeful attitude. In this work, it is often unclear who you are reaching or whether change is occurring. Thus, you must trust that your work for a better world matters. Sometimes change is occurring under the surface as a result of many individual actions, and suddenly the results become clear as in the cases of the fall of the Berlin Wall, the break-up of the former Soviet Union and the end of apartheid in South Africa.
