The animals around us are struggling, especially if they are unable to adapt quickly enough to these climate changes, there could be “significant negative impacts” (Albeck-Ripka). The beginning of what affects us, as humans, is when our surrounding environment begins to change and alter itself. If even just one species is unable to survive, then an entire ecosystem could become imbalanced, thus creating fluxuations which even humans may not be able to handle in our surge for resources. Anyone who violates these rules will be prosecuted and may even result in death after a third offense. With such a high population, the world can do with one less person who is putting the world at jeopardy. While many who don’t believe in global warming being a detrimental issues in this world may try to defy these laws, they will be quickly reprimanded. Anyone who is found trying to dig for, sell, or use oil coming from a “black market” will be taken to prison immediately. While these rules may seem harsh to some, they are simple to adhere to. There is a two year grace period in which everyone has time to acquire their alternative energy and electric cars, which is plenty of time.
