It is going to be very hard for somebody who is not confident to be working as a nurse or belonging to that field. When it comes to practicing and applying the knowledges you got from school on patients, you need to tell yourself that you can do it and many people will start panicking at that point because every nurse will be under pressure in a point in their career even those with experience. You just need to get rid of the fear that is into your mind to be able to become a good nurse. Also I always put myself in other people’s shoe so that I can understand well what they are going through and it is a quality that a nurse must have to be able to make his/ her patients feel better and many patients acknowledge that when they are being taken care of, they recover quickly.
