Elaboration: Upon my arrival on my first day, the students were at recess. However due to weather, the students had indoor recess, which was a little intimidating at first, but also gave me an advantage to interact with the students before class started. After recess the students then had their reading groups. There were three groups. One group worked with Mrs. Lundberg, another group worked with her paraeducator, and the third group did independent reading. I decided to do one-on-one reading with a few students.
