Human beings are unique, and people have a different perception of one’s behavior. It is the personality that makes a person come up with either positive or negative conclusions. The character is important, and one needs to test his or her accuracy for better survival. Most successful people have a great personality and is therefore accepted into society. Upon realization of the paramount role that character can play in life, I decided to evaluate myself.
Assertive quality refers to a person having the ability to stand up for their own or others rights in a positive and calm way. As a confident person, one can deliver the information without upsetting others or even embarrassing themselves. A good example is the ability to express personal or public views to a great audience who are of different diversities. Good listening skills and adopting the best turn taking contributes to the communication in the expected way. This character is crucial because it depicts people as promoters of democracy who can lead the society. They can handle grievances in the best way or even delegate to serve others who may lack the capability.
Equalitarian is another good quality that I possess because I believe in equality among all people. …show more content…

They need to stand by what they say if at all they need to be respected in the society. According to 1 Corinthians 3:16, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you” (English Standard Version). When we call ourselves Christian we represent God and should always carry ourselves as God desires. Issues like corruption and sexual harassment are among the invalidating acts that can damage the image of a Christian.
