Eugenics is the act of practices that aims at improving the genetic quality of a human population. I do not agree with eugenics as it has to do with experiments that can harm a human being. A major criticism of eugenics policies is that, regardless on whether "negative" or "positive" policies are used, they are susceptible to abuse because the criteria of selection is determined by whichever group is in the political power at the time. Also, negative eugenics in particular is considered to be a violation of basic human rights , in which includes the right to reproduction.
