Making big decisions can be hard. Having to make a thought decision put’s all kinds of stress and pressure feelings on you. You’re going to find out how you should approach making a big decision and who do you go to for help. After this, you’ll have the tools to make any stressful decision.

Emotions can put lies in your head
If it’s an emotional decision I’m sure you’re thinking short term and not long term. Make a list of all the long term con’s and pro’s and you’ll get to the decision. You don’t always have to make hard decisions alone my friend. A great way to find help is to ask your mentor or even a life coach. Someone that you can talk the decision over with. But they must have your best interest in mind.

Go meditate
Put off your phone for 20 minutes, get comfortable and just focus on your breath. Go meditate. For real, go and sit down and meditate. You’ll calm those thoughts running wild in your mind and it will open a path for you to see clearly what you must do.

When things get tough man thinking

Don’t ever give up when things get hard. Quitting something is easy. That’s why most people give up when they are so close to success. Most people want to do the minimal and put in the least amount of effort for the maximum results. Well, if you’re doing that what are you running away from?
