At 11:30 we start eating we took all the pizzas from the table and no one could see the pizza every ten minutes they brought 4 plates of pizza but when they put the pizza on the table in one second we took all of them after 1 hour the manager of restaurant come and he wanted talk to us he said you guys can not continue eating in this place and you have to pay and leave here but we didn’t attention to him because it’s all you can it so we didn’t leave the restaurant because we had a competition so we continue eating and then the manager of restaurant call to the owner of restaurant to come to the restaurant and after 10 minutes Salman won the game with 35 slices of pizza, Arman was close to him with 32 slices of pizza so he has the second place, I ate 25 slices so I have third place, Rohullah and Ishagh ate 11 slices so they have fourth place and Deji ate 9 slices so he is looser and I gave the award to Salman it was a pack of gum because a bad breath is not good, is it?. No one wants to be or feel like they are overweight, unhealthy, or unattractive. When someone in the general public looks in the mirror or steps on the scale, and they are not satisfied with what is being shown, one of the first ideas to bubble to the surface is dieting. There are so many dieting solutions out there and one of the most popular are the fad diets. Dieting should be about getting healthy and losing weight in a healthy way. Fad diets however, are about losing a lot of weight in a disproportionally short amount of time. Due to the loss of weight that the dieter wanted, when they reach their goal weight, they stop doing the fad diet and go back to their regular diet. This causes the weight that they shed to be put back on again in a disproportionally short amount of time, which is also just as unhealthy. This cycle of losing and gaining weight is only one of the many dangers of fad diets.
After taking a closer look at the American diet, it 's clear to see Americans are in a lot of trouble. The average American diet is filled with lots of greasy fast food, large cuts of meat, salty junk food and sugar-laden sodas. This tradition is then passed on to the children and creates a legacy of ailments, disease and a lower quality of life. To many people, plant-based eating sounds like a death sentence. In reality, it 's all about getting creative with the foods you already like. It also involves intentional meal-planning and organization. However, your health is worth it. The ability to experience a better quality of life should be motivation enough to start changing your eating habits. Consider a few of these simple ways to incorporate plant-based eating into each meal without eliminating delicious taste.

Ahmad was writing a paper for his English class from the morning. He was writing this paper because he wanted to get a good grade, so he could please his sponsor who was paying for his school. Besides, his parents also care for his life whiles he was growing up, so they deserve to see a good effort for him. Due to the fact that Ahmad did not eat anything from the morning and till the lunch time because he was writing his paper. When he returned from the school, he ordered a pizza to eat because he was so hungry that he thought he will die if he did not eat at that moment. Ahmad ordered the pizza so it can give him energy and power to complete his homework’s, because if he did not eat he will not be able to finish his works. He has a calculus homework due tomorrow, and that homework is difficult and needs time to be solved because Ahmad is not that good in math. Moreover, Ahmad realized that he still needed to learn about differentials before he could start his homework. Which he would probably have to work all the night long to finish this homework. Because he was tired and he also have works to be done, he needs to eat something, and the pizza was his choice.

A healthy lifestyle is usually picked up as we get older. However, think of how much more beneficial it would be for our bodies when we get older, if we would have learned and adapted to a healthier lifestyle when we were younger? Teaching your kids how important a healthy diet is, will help them maintain that lifestyle in their older years. Not to mention have lower health risks, higher self-esteem and it will give them the energy they need to keep up with their eating habits and maintain their body weight.
