Organizational culture is a system of shared assumptions, values, and beliefs, which governs how people behave in organizations. These shared values have a strong influence on people throughout the organization. For instance, it can dictate how people dress, act, and even perform on the job. Each and every organization creates and develops a culture, which provides guidelines and behaviors for the employees throughout the business.
