The digital world that we live in is all around us. We use smart phone alarms to wake us in the morning, we listen to digital radio on the way to work, we spend our day at work on digital tools such as iPads and computers, and we come home and watch shows on our digital television (Howell, 2014). My digital worlds overlap and intertwine. I spend my morning scrolling through my Facebook page, matching sure I catch up on all the news I have missed out on while I have been asleep. I spend my afternoon on the computer studying and emailing my friends and family. I use the computer to stay connected to people throughout the day on social media.
