Recommended: Growth as a writer

Two of my major interests have always been reading and writing. I consider my experience with both to be great thus far. At a primary school level, reading was my greatest passion. I always enjoyed reading time during class and read even more at home. During my second year, my parents were notified that my reading level (and general grades) surpassed that of the average second year student . I was then moved to one year ahead. The books I enjoyed then mostly consisted of fiction. Although my love for writing did not surpass that of reading at the time, it was still strong. I would always be grateful when any assignment that required us to write was given, such as stories, poems, etc. Unfortunately, I never grew a liking towards comprehension,
