I want to be Helper because of how active I can be and I get along very well with other people. For starters, I am not the person that becomes staff and fools around all day or changes their attitude when they get helper. Being a staff member is a big job, you have to take the job seriously and you can't just go afk all day. I want to contribute to the server in any way possible. Helping is a part of my nature, and it makes me feel good. Sure, I can get mad at times, but that is only sometimes, not all the time. I also want to be helper because I am respectful. I do not judge people for who they are on the outside or if their grammar is bad, but how their behavior is and how respectful they are to other players.

I have been playing on OpCraft (Ultra/Op) for about 3 or 5 months and when I go and fight, a hacker comes out of nowhere and I /list and there is no staff to be found, so the hacker gets away. Also I would like to be Helper because, I believe I can truly help the server though my knowledge of minecraft. I have had much help on this server due to staff and members. I believe that it is because of them, that i am still playing Opcraft today, and gained all the knowledge I have now. I love helping other players just as other staff and players have helped me. I am a loyal and helping person and I know how to deal with most situations. I would love to use my minecraft knowledge to the best of my abilities to help out the community of this amazing server. There are always tons of new players that are joining Opcraft for the first time and need help. I will tell them what warp(s) to go to and help them more from then on. Overall, I would bring loyalty to the Opcraft community. Although I do not have that many posts on the forums, I am very active in game and working on getting my posts up. Why should you be chosen as a staff member? I want to help the server out I believe I could stop hackers from ruining the community and I believe I could stop people from being toxic in chat and also make it a place which people could enjoy the server and enjoy playing hcf and stay on the server also I'm very good at Screensharing people so if there hacking I could find some hacks in there .minecraft even if they deleted it. I would also record every single hacker I find and put it on my youtube channel for people to see that the person was hacking, I would also record the Screenshare so if a staff wanted to see that he had some hacks in his .minecraft I could show them some proof of he/she having hacks in her folder. I also want to make the server a none toxic place so when someone joins they will stay and not leave because either a hacker has killed them or someone was being toxic to them i would look and reply to everyone's questions in chat if they need help and i will be active all the time i will respect everyone who plays on the server even if someone disrespects me i wouldn't disrespect them back i would always stay calm when dealing with these sort of situations, because two wrongs doesn't make a right i believe being a staff you have to respect everyone that plays on the server and make them enjoy there stay on the server and also doing your job
Hackers are people who are getting into our computer systems, destroying our personal property and stealing our information. Years ago, a hacker was a person who was capable of creating elegant and or unusual uses of technology. These days, a hacker refers to a person who attempts to penetrate security systems on remote computers (Hackers 2). Not only are computer hackers causing many problems for businesses, they are also causing many problems for the average person. Hackers get in personal information and get a hold of credit card numbers, various banking accounts and financial information, and just about anything else they want to know about you. They are going to get it whether you like it or not.
Ask the employee how the issue can be resolved so it does escalate to termination of employment.
In this reflection paper I will be addressing the textbooks “Becoming a Helper” by Marianne Schneider Corey and Gerald Corey, “The Elements of Counseling” by Scott T. Meier and Susan R. Davis and, “Psychology, Theology, and Spirituality in Christian Counseling” by Mark McMinn. In “Becoming a Helper”, the authors start off the chapter with a few points on why someone would choose to be in the field of helping people. I have seen myself as someone who would always extend a helping hand to anyone in need, whether they took my help or not. As a teenager, I attended therapy for cutting myself. I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me.

However, I think that help is a much broader term than these definitions imply. One time, when I was around five, it was night time and I had a school project to turn in the next day, I approached my mother and told her that I needed help with my project. Of course I told her that I had to turn in the project the next day, and she proceeded to scold me for waiting until the last minute to do my work, but never the less she accepted to help me. If I had asked for help when I was five, I must have asked for help later in my life, because I’m sure I’ve needed help many times, and not only from my mother but from friends, teachers, peers, strangers, and family.
Counseling skills has provided me with a valuable insight into the helping relationship and how it is both created and maintained in order to encourage growth and development in the client. The factors involved within the helping relationship include considering Roger’s core conditions, congruence, unconditional positive regard and empathy as the three main characteristics necessary in a helping relationship. In order to fully incorporate all three of Roger’s core conditions, I as the counselor must be self-aware, as a lack of self-awareness may inhibit truly listening and understanding the client; self-awareness can be enhanced through exercises such as Johari’s window. Counseling skills such as body language and active listening also plays a role within encouraging the client to open up and can help me as the counselor convey empathy.

I should be a Moderator, because I have a great experience at staff, with communicating with players, helping and giving the right information to the player so they can understand better. Also I want to help the other Staff members when they are either sleep, doing other activities, doing homework, at work, moderating on another server. I’ve always had a passion for helping others and I love the idea of being considered a dependable person.
