I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server when possible to fulfil a position as a staff member. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me.I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the PvpingMC. I like building creations for the good of the community and for my own enjoyment. I don't rage, if I were to leave, I would say my goodbyes and demote myself, not blow the server up first, and I see myself as a good member of your team. I want to help on the server. I've seen hundreds of rule-breakers on your server and I want to stop those spammers, hackers, cheaters, griefers, and forum-flamers. The only thing that those rule-breakers are doing are ruining our everyday lives on your server and your forums. We all know that nobody likes a rule-breaker. I wish to help grow the server and community into much more than it would ever hope for. I would love the chance to catch hackers and bust people breaking the rules of this pristine server. More than anything else, I would like the chance to help all the players on PvpingMc and make their stay here, however long it may be, a wondrous and ecstatic experience for all. I believe that I can help the server with issues such as Payment Help and other issues. All my experience as a Moderator has allowed me to be very experienced in catching Hackers and punishing rule breakers. If I am allowed the amazing opportunity to staff on PvpingMc I will work every day to prevent stress on staff and to allow the players to enjoy themselves even more so than they already do. I can help any and all who need it and I am always available 24/7. I have no prior commitments with other servers so my dedication to PvpingMc will be without fail. If I had the correct tools to help people out I would make a lot of players experience on the server a whole lot better. I usually am on the server for about 5-6 hours a day and on the weekend i’m on for way more. That give me more time than other staff to help people. I believe that i can promote the server in positive ways to. I will find new and revolutionary ways to get new players. They wouldn't be able to resist the temptation to play Uber. I would like to become a staff member because I love helping people and making them enjoy their Minecraft experience, as staff of my first few servers I played on were helping and supportive towards me, I think that's why I am able to be playing today. I love the minecraft community, even though it is harsh at times and I am harsh at it sometimes, but I still enjoy helping it. I consider my care staff to be my patient care coordinators, treatment coordinators, and assistants. Doctor’s and Hygienists also need to be meet with to understand their philosophy and what I can do as a Manager to make there day run as smooth as possible. As a leader the staff needs to understand my philosophy, their expectations of other and what I would expect of them short and long term. Further 1:1 meetings in the following 30 days would be set up to further address after observation is completed.
One of these reason's is that I love helping people and the server out. When I can make someone happy, it's not only making them happy, but me as well. Helping just comes natural to me and I don't really know why. I've been like that as a kid too. I wouldn't say I'm a brainiac in school but I excel in my classes. But when someone needs tutoring or help, I'm always the first one to say "I will." And the same applies for Minecraft. Another reason why I decided to apply today is because, I love Faithful's community and server as a whole. MaverickYT introduced me to this great and supporting community. You know some HCF server's, people can be not as nice as they could be. And people on this server, think differently. I don't know what makes the people on here above any other server. My last and final reason is that, the community is starting to become toxic. It's not completely toxic, I'm just saying it's starting to get there. Even though there are some really nice and giving people on Faithful, there is always a bad part to all things. And I really want to fix this. Me being able to help out and try to bring positivity to the server, is what I've been trying to do forever. And me being a staff member can maybe get my word out there. The band needs to be lead by strong people, who express all their qualities with pure excellence. People that have integrity and dedication to the things they love. I am one of these people, and I believe I can make a difference in our band, and leave a lasting mark on everyone who I interact with.
My peers can expect a trustworthy co-worker, who will help hold them up when they are down and embrace them when they are up. I will be understanding and considerate when dealing with my peers ensuring not to step into their areas of responsibility without cause. I will give them advice and instruction in areas they are not as strong in and lending help to their sections when the mission dictates a need for it. When they are out of the office I will take care of their soldiers and sections as if they are my own.

If I got granted this amazing opportunity, I would be thrilled. I have time to focus on colorguard and would always be willing to improve the team. I am ready to focus and lead these girls to do amazing things this year. However, I do understand that they are many other girls applying for this spot and that I may not get this. Working with different people is one of things I am excited about being a RA. As I met different people with different cultures, beliefs and worked together in the past, I am certain I know how to interact with them. These experiences taught me how to interact people different from me flexibly, how to withstand pressure and how to use differences as strength. Moreover I have taken several leadership positions before so benefits from those positions would be useful in becoming a RA. A resident assistant should always be caring and protective of his residents. He has to guide them so that they could live in a happy but safe environment. That is what I did when I went to Japan. As I was given the role of leader, I tried to live up to it. So I know the responsibilities of being a leader and how to make decisions for the sake of the team. I think these past experiences would prepare me for this position.

I am a firm believer in hands off management. I think staff preforms better when they are not pressured to preform under surveillance. I should be a Moderator, because I have a great experience at staff, with communicating with players, helping and giving the right information to the player so they can understand better. Also I want to help the other Staff members when they are either sleep, doing other activities, doing homework, at work, moderating on another server. I also should be Helper, because I am a friendly guy who is strict with the rules and is cool with the players, who wants to give back to the community of OpCraft and fulfill the duty I am going to fulfill.
