I want to manage my eating habits to lose my weight since my last year of high school because I noticed myself when I face in the mirror. It was a worst experience that I had in my life because I want to lose my weight for consider for my health as well. However, I could not follow up to balance my eating habits because I could not handle within my stress from school, workplace, and financial crisis. Also, I could not find the place to lived in after I transferred into the UC Irvine last year because it was very difficult to find the roommates during that time. Therefore, I ate too much to release my stressors from commuting and financial crisis at the sane time. Therefore, I really want to balance my eating habits like avoiding fast foods at late night for snacks because I think that eating these fast foods at night cause me to gaining weight too much at the end.

Also, I will get some advices from personal trainer as well because I want to get to know manage my weight more details and listening to their advices to work on my weakness in the exercise. I want to lose weight so badly because I often making excuses myself that I could do it in later. Also, I was so stressed about everything in my life during that time and getting pressured from my parents to balance my grades and workplace at the same time. Therefore, I always sleeping more rather than wake up early to finish my tasks ahead of time. However, I want to start to managed my health because I noticed that I become lazy so badly, so I will work hard and balance my schedule to change my eating habits and exercises at the same time.
