He began his exciting career age a stunning age of 14 when he left school, as a baker in his home town in Arras, Northern France. By the age of 19 he became the private head chef to Elie de Rothschild in Paris. By the age of 20 he became thee personal chef for the Rothschild family. Brady buckled to the ground in apparent pain and was carted off the field by the athletic trainers. Brady was then examined by the doctors and an MRI was taken of his knee. Tom Brady was diagnosed with a season-ending knee injury. Brady had sustained an anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) tear as well as a medial collateral ligament (MCL) tear. Brady then had a decision to make. Did he want surgery, or did he want to rehab his knee and have a slow recovery and have the possibility of being out for more than one season? The ACL does not heal itself when completely torn, and therefore, surgical reconstruction of the ligament is the usual treatment.

Many athletes find themselves almost completely back to normal, but they cannot perform because they are afraid of getting hit. It is understandable then to see tears well up in the eyes of an athlete when he/she realizes that the injury is to the knee. A torn ACL is the first thought that comes to mind.

After his graduation from religious school, he went to military school to become an artillery officer. He was able to graduate the two year course in only a year because of financial reasons. He was commissioned to be a second lieutenant in a French artillery unit. Then the French Revolution of 1789 began. Napoleon eventually came to be a leader in among the revolutionaries. After the revolutions he became the leader of France and sought to conquer the entire European continent.

The first time he had knee problems was in eighth grade. It got so bad that he actually had to miss half a year of school and stayed home with a tutor. We missed him badly, and would visit him occasionally, but we were overjoyed when he did return to school. It was great to see him walk to school without a wheelchair, without crutches, without even his cane. We welcomed him back into our circle of four and went on with school as if he never was missing.
It takes a lot of hard work and dedication to be a chef. However, if one has a passion for cooking it will pay off. I am a creative person and cooking has endless possibilities of creativity, such as the way you make it and the way you plate it. I want to become a chef and hopefully open a restaurant one day. To do that, you need to learn the basic skills. Julia Child once said, “No one is born a great cook, one learns by doing.”
