Cancer is a fascinating defect in the human body when cells reproduce uncontrollably.
Cancer is a problem that isn't yet solved; we now some things, as will be shown here, and some things that our still mysterious. You can get cancer from your genetics, decisions you make, or even seemingly random things.
One of the most uncontrollable ways to get cancer is genetically, luckily, it's not all that common. Cancer can happen to a variety of people for a variety of reasons, meaning just because multiple people in your family have cancer, doesn't necessarily mean it's genetic. You should be more worried about your brother than your great aunt. Along with that, if you're family members are not directly related (as in your mom's dad and you're dad's sister), it's less likely that the cancer is genetic.

One other big preventable cancer causes is uv radiation. That's the radiation given out by the sun and some inventions like the tanning bed. In small doses, it won't hurt, but with prolonged exposure, you are at risk of skin cancer. The best way to fight off uv radiation is by using sunscreen, keeping away from tanning beds, and taking the proper steps to protect yourself from the sun.
One last thing that you can control is health and dietary habits. You should keep a healthy weight, be physically active and maintain a balanced diet. Though these cannot guarantee that you will not get cancer throughout your life, they sure lower the
