"If you've met one person with autism, you've met on person with autism." Nobody can relate to autism unless you are diagnosed with autism but I want people to understand what autism is. The cause of Autism is yet to be discovered but there are vital points that can lead to the finding just like the symptoms of autism are discovered and treatments are being developed.

How did Autism start? In my research I found that scientists always go through the obvious route of genetics to figure out the cause of autism. Genetics was always the route because autism seems to run in families. Autism is a disorder characterized by a limited ability to communicate and interact with other people. Autism appears in young children and continues throughout life. Having babies at a later age can be a great contributor to autism because the gene glitches increase as parents age. How these kids feel. There are different levels in Autism from having normal to high IQs. From showing mild to moderate social deficits to intellectually disabled and socially detached. Autism often coincides with other diagnosis such as anxiety disorders, attention-deficits/hyperactivity disorders, depression, and epilepsy. Diagnosis requires that all cases have symptoms from three categories. Abnormal Social Interaction: failure to seek comfort from a parent and lack eye contact. Doesn't understand social behaviors for example responding when called. Abnormal Communication: doesn't develop language as early as others, some never really develop speech. Problems with gestures, facial expressions, and talk endlessly about a single subject.
