Introduction I conducted research and surveyed the campus of Texas A&M to search for the best answer. I had countless discussions with students and professors about the towel situation of the Recreational Center as time progressed. In addition, I also talked to many of the workers at the Recreational Center to get their point of view. “People keep coming here without a towel, and I have to deny them entry to the gym. This makes me feel very bad. I am just trying to do my job,” said Arshad Zaman, an employee at the Recreational Center who has been working for more than two years there. Reading through more comments, I discovered that this was a serious issue just as I assumed. To counteract such issues, I proposed vending machines that dispense towels by the entry of the gym to increase efficiency of everyone. Forgetting an item is very common for the stressed and a recurring problem one can have (Mastin, 2008). Therefore by fully understanding the data I collected, I can allow my forgettable classmates to be encouraged to keep working out even if they forget their towels. Instead of buying a brand new equipment which could easily cost a fortune, I have been trying to find an alternative route to attain the vending machine. After calls to other Recreational Centers and speaking to my professors, I found various possibilities for the vending machine. There are two vending machines in my hometown, Irving, TX, that the owner wants to sell for fifteen hundred each which saves us from the typical vending machines that go for thirty-five hundred as the normal retail price (Obidour, 2017). I believe that adding the two new vending machines dispensing towels would greatly increase the productivity of the gymnasium.
