“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” (John 1; 1, King James Version). The word of God is all powerful when he spoke things happened, one word from our master and mountains would move. The birth of Jesus was a prophecy that came to pass so this lets me know that this was foreseen as an act of love from our Lord and savior. Jesus giving of himself to save the soul and sins of man shows unconditional love that no one can compare to. God’s purpose impacts my worldview because of the lessons he taught, the miracles he performed, and the death and resurrection he faced.
The book of Matthew in the bible tells of the many lesion that were taught to Jesus disciples. These lesson where then passed on to the followers of Jesus Christ, they were taught many lessons for daily living. Jesus gives basic rules to follow one that sticks with me is “11 Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. 12 Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you” (Matthew 11-12, King James Version). This lesson sticks with me because knowing even if people mistreat me, or talk about me, I can keep my head held high because my father in heaven will comfort me with his love and grace. The lessons in the book of Luke (15-31, King James Version) Jesus uses stories to explain how people may stray away, but how we as Christians should either bring or welcome them back. Today’s society forgets these lessons and sees their fellow men as nuisances as back then. Therefore Jesus had to perform miracles for people to see what he said was real.

This has taught me to become the person I am today, by following in our saviors footsteps taught me to never give up. When things seem to be at its worst its Jesus who carries the burden for me. Today’s culture takes advantage of the love Jesus has to offer, selfishness seems to be the normal act of today’s society. My Christian worldview helps my personal decisions I make with my family and career. I remember to treat others like I want to be treated (Luke 6:31, King James Version) even when other treat me unsatisfactory. My purpose is to minister to others how great God is, and to testify about the miracles he’s worked for me. God’s purpose impacts my way of thinking because of the instructions taught, miracles he executed, and the passing and revival he concurred
