Our thinking processes plays a major role in how our body function, we are constantly thinking about something every minute, and second. So many people in the world today are miserable due to negative thinking. Being unhappy can come from many trials and tribulations that we may face in our everyday life. It’s very hard to remember the good times, if we are constantly focused on all the bad. Many people tend to dwell on how they are feeling at the moment rather than looking at the overall picture. If I could create a magic pill it would be a positive thinking pill to make people constantly think positive no matter what the circumstances they are facing.
It is easier to complain than to make an effort to see the positive side of everything. At times, we all have a negative attitude as a consequence of letting ourselves go through negative thoughts. However, if we were more aware of the effects of negative thinking, both in the moment and in the long run, we would surely choose differently. With the positive thinking pill you can’t complain because your mind will not allow you to. In order to live a positive and happy life you have to prompt yourself to not dwell on the bad. You have to surround yourself around people that will bring light into your life. Instead of listening to sad song you need to listen to more positive music and read positive books. As humans we will come across negative thinking its normal but when we choose to stay in it that is when it becomes unhealthy. Since the pill is only good for eight hours a day meaning that you have to choose to be positive on your own for the rest of the hours when the pill is not active. You can both think negative and cause other serious health issues in your life. Or you can choose to think positive and live a happier life with better outcomes. The choice is
