POSITIVITY Positivity: the state of which showing positive feeling or intentions towards somebody. Does positivity impact our lives in a positive or negative manner? Would it make society more happy sad?. I think that positivity could impact our daily lives for the better. I assume that positivity has two different parts to it, one being that it could make us a better person or human being, and the other being that we use it in a incorrect way or manner. Being nice to someone means that we are showing positivity towards that person. More people should complement others in order to build a positive society. As we age we must know that people have feelings too and instead of saying nothing to them or hurting their feelings, we must be nice to them. If we show positive feelings towards people, the people will be nice to you and treat you better. If everyone starts becoming positive, then we will have a good reputation to our society, and the future could see as good people. But if we are negative to people and throughout our lives, society will see us as negative people and will start to dislike us. My friend fell on the ground and scraped his knee. Instead of asking him "are you okay" I would just walk past him and act like nothing happened. Then that friend wouldn't think I am caring or loyal, so if the next time I were to fall, that friend wouldn't help me back up. At that moment I was being negative and not showing great positive intentions to my friend. A couple weeks past and it was the "track and field day". When he was working there he never maintained a positive mindset. Whenever a customer would approach him he wouldn’t have a smile on his face or even he would never ask the customers how their day was or how they are. Whenever the customers would take a long time with their order he would get very frustrated quickly and would have a mad look on his face. So then he would ask the other employee to take the customers order because he couldn’t stand them anymore. Then after a couple weeks of poorly working he got fired. “Treat people how you want to be treated”-unknown. By treating the customers in a negative manner he got fired. In order for having a positive future for us or our future children we must have a positive reflection of ourselves. So that we could influence the younger kids and then the positivity will be passed on to future generations. That how positivity could change for the better. It’s mostly the people with positive intentions and mindsets are the ones who have successful lives. However the ones that are negative are the ones that have unsuccessful
