1. Ethical issue and decision/response The main ethical issues that take place in this situation are honesty and fairness. The applicants were not honest in their applications and the lack of proper verification in the hiring process aloud these applicants to obtain the job and took away from the fairness of the process. There could have been qualified applicants with legal papers that could have been an asset to the company and did not receive the job. It is ironic that a staffing company does not have a proper hiring process and is routinely understaffed. As a result, this situation may affect the reputation and operation of the company. After these are filled, I would like start a social security number verification process with all employees and make sure that all the employees at our company have the proper legal status. 2. How my decision/response aligns with or sacrifices my mission, CSR, and corporate culture The Helping Hand Solutions is a staffing agency and our main focus is to facilitate the hiring of top talent. We also state in our mission statement that we make sure that the candidates are qualified and verified. Our Corporate Citizenship Policy states that we believe that everyone deserves fairness and equality in the job search and we pride ourselves in being able to provide such to our customers. We want to give back to our community and ensure that I believe my decision aligns with these two statements since it establishes fairness and promotes a legal and correct hiring process. I want to ensure that the mistakes that were committed in the past are corrected and all the procedures are done fairly. Even though firing 10 people will affect the company, it is not for those individuals to keep a job that they obtained by lying and providing false information. It might not be fair for the other employees to have a bigger work load, but I will come up with ways to compensate employees work and dedication. 4. Implications of my decision/response for every stakeholder group Primary Stakeholders:  Employees: Employees will be the group that would be affected the most since they will have a bigger work load and more pressure to meet the deadlines.  Customers: Customers will be affected since there might be a delay in the regular time they are supposed to receive their services.  Government: My decision will influence the government because we are stopping individuals from getting away with using false information and benefitting from it.  Suppliers: Our suppliers might not be affected considering the work load could be the same and the orders in supplies could stay the same.
