I strongly believe I have the necessary skills, experience and potential to become an excellent primary school teacher. I currently work for Explore Learning, a tuition company where I undertake the role of a Tutor. My role is similar to the role of a teacher in many ways. I work within a team to plan, teach and support children with their studies. Throughout my fantastic two year job role as a tutor, I have grown to love and aspire to make a difference to a child's education. After receiving training including the National Curriculum methods, I have developed planning, teaching and marking skills, using various resources to support a child. Additionally, I have undertaken work experience at Moat Farm Primary school.
I was able to observe and provide support for the children during lessons. It was intriguing to observe the teachers approach of implementing various methods and strategies into teaching.
