Introductory Section Change is a transition from point A to point B, and this shift can create or add a new system or service to development and improvement the current situation. In a healthcare organization, digital transformation has made massive changes such as electronic medical records(EMR), picture archiving communication systems(PACS), telemedicine, m-health, electronic library, etc.; Leaders face the new challenges in infrastructure, medical documents, financial management and medical systems. Adeyemi(2017), organizational change and its effects on healthcare employees have come that employees refused to apply electronic medical records because of the lake of knowledge and unclear processes (Adeyemi, 2017). Babarinsa(2011) in transforming healthcare describes that leadership and employee entirely involvement and creating a spiritual environment, and practical wisdom is the two main components of success in healthcare transformation(O'Brein, 2010). On the other hand, leakage in communication, the lake of decisive leadership, selective perception, information overload are the critical roles in raising resistance in the organizations. A leader should share him/herself and demonstrate to care others and empower them; this person should be emotional intelligence and continual learner, self-diagnosis, and self-management. (Mintzberg, 2009) Modern leaders are creative and cooperative, and they enjoy developing their teams, so, they struggle to scan the horizon of healthcare and predict the future of the organization to make the right decisions. This group of leaders always privilege to shift employees up and encourage people to improve their capabilities. The leadership style effects on C-suits, based on the result of study by Etta J. Mhoon-Walker (2013) on 111 participants, “leadership readiness and leadership effectiveness were associated with leadership styles” (Mhoon-Walker, 2013, p. 95)

Gap in Literature The gap in the body of knowledge for overcoming resistance to change is the methods that a healthcare organization needs to apply to improve the culture of employees individually to accept the new technologies. The technique for digital healthcare transformation which is cover the lean Six Sigma not just for processes, even for employee engagement. And also, the approach of a leader to create a well-developed culture in the organization needs more investigation to present a well-establish solution.
