Coaches are the reason the team becomes successful-well it takes a little talent too-but for the most part, it's because of them. They teach you how to perfect your skills, expand your knowledge of the game, and most of all, they yell at you when you're screwing things up. After having the same coach, it's easy to know when they're going to say something. It's like you don't even need them to say it out loud because in your head you knew it was coming and you can hear them ssaying it. However, all coaches are different, but there's some things that they all say over and over and over again. "Talk!" It's crazy to think that with a team full of girls, they have to be told to talk to each other. Over and over my coach tells us to talk. "Girls, talk to each other!" That's what she says. Having to tell a team, especially a volleyball team, to talk is not a good thing. I'm definitely not saying my team is bad because of it, but it makes the game flow so much better when the girls talk.
