The science behind love
What is love? This is a question that people have pondered over a long time. Love in the dictionary is defined as a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection for a parent, child, or friend. This definition is nice and simple, but it does not give the full definition for love or explain why people love others. Many people may wonder about the reasons behind why we love the people we love. Why do we love people despite their many flaws? Why does love make people do crazy things, or what makes love hurt so much? Many authors and poets try to explain in their writing what love is and what it means, but they can never really explain why we love. By looking at the different parts of the brain and certain hormones love can be somewhat explained, but it can never be fully explained, because it is one the world’s greatest phenomenon’s and there are still so many different factors behind the reason why people love. In the end it looks like love can cause more problems than it can solve, when done the wrong way but done the right way be a healthy thing. In my own experience, I have loved someone, and it was amazing for a long time until I found out he cheated. This betrayal of love hurt deeply, because I put all my trust and love into him. Through this experience, I learned that love is a really big risk, because a person literally trusts another person with all of their emotions, brain, and heart. Even though the process of love is scientific there is still much more to it than just the science. It is much deeper than just the body’s hormones, love is a mixture a peoples different personalities and emotions. Loving someone can truly take bravery and courage.
They are giving all of themselves to someone and hoping that they will not betray them, because in the end it could affect a person’s physical and mental health. It can be the thing that makes people get up in the morning and a person’s days filled with joy or the thing that makes a person never want to get up
